New fee reduction system:  From April 1, 2019, an applicant can more easily receive a reduction in examination request fee and patent fee

Japan Patent Office started new fee reduction system from April 1, 2019.
The scope of reduction has been expanded and the procedure has been simplified.
The New fee reduction system is useful for small & medium enterprises and university applicants, etc.
