Multiple dependent claim is acceptable

Japan Patent Office accepts (i) multiple dependent claim (multi claim) and does not accept (ii) multiple dependent claim dependent from another multiple dependent claim (multi-multi claim).

Examples of Claims(Independent claim)
      Claim 1. A composition comprising A, B, and C.
(Single dependent claim)
      Claim 2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the A is a.
(Single dependent claim)
      Claim 3. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the B is b.
(Mult claim)
      Claim 4. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the C is c.
(Multi-multi claim)
      Claim 5. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising D.
